“Move on.”

I’m supposed to move on; but I still feel stuck.

I’m in a world I was forced to enter with a motivation that was not my own.

Dreams could fly out the window, my hopes skirting along with them.

Suppressing the passion, removing the love, accepting defeat in an exploited existence.

Suicide is never the answer, but I was told to never say “never;” unless she asks for the money before we’ve even met.

1900 reasons to move on in life.

In a pursuit to avoid the physical strike, I took a freight train to the soul.

That hurt.
